Yes. Ropi Robi Ventures Limited is a fully registered and licensed contractor with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in Kenya. All our work complies with Kenyan building codes, NCA standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Do you build commercial and multi-storey buildings?
Yes. We specialise in multi-storey commercial building construction including office blocks, retail complexes, warehouses, and mixed-use developments. We manage all aspects including deep foundations, structural works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installation, elevator systems, and premium finishes.
What road construction services do you offer?
We offer full road construction and rehabilitation including murram and gravel roads, tarmac and asphalt roads, cabro/interlocking paving, concrete roads, culvert and drainage installation, road marking and signage, and road rehabilitation. All works conform to KeNHA, KeRRA, KURA, or county government specifications.
Can you develop infrastructure for a residential estate?
Yes. We provide complete estate infrastructure development including road network construction, stormwater drainage systems, water supply infrastructure, and sewerage systems. We successfully delivered the full infrastructure package for Fairview Estate in Nairobi.
Do you supply construction materials?
Yes. We supply a wide range of certified construction materials including cement (all grades), steel bars, BRC mesh, crushed stone and aggregates, HDPE and PVC pipes, corrugated roofing sheets, culverts, timber, and concrete blocks. We deliver directly to your site anywhere in Kenya using our own fleet.
